"Cedarwood" is a charming, spacious chalet and very easy to live in. It offers panoramic views from the comfort of an armchair, and is just a pretty, short walk from the beach or Croyde village.  It overlooks a green - the original Leadengate Fields.

The chalet has polished wooden floors throughout, and is furnished with good quality pine which is complemented with the neutral decor.

There is a large, bright, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, double drainer sink and plenty of storage in the fitted units and cupboards. A washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher is also included.

The spacious open plan living area is very practical offering a central dining area with table and seating for six, at each end there are comfortable settee's and easy chairs one end looking out over Leadengate Fields and views of the surrounding hills - the other end for relaxing or watching the television.

The master bedroom has an impressive King-size bed, and each of the other two bedrooms has 3ft twin beds, (offset bunk arrangement in bedroom 3), so can sleep six in comfort.  There is also a bed settee in the lounge.

The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and night storage heater, there is also separate toilet adjacent to the bathroom.

There are three night storage heaters in the lounge and electric heaters for occasional use.

Outside there is a sunny private patio and lawns. 

There is a garage and hard standing for up to three cars.
